I have more than 18 years’ experience teaching and leading in Schools both state and private. I am a trained ISI Inspector, keynote speaker and educational advisor for Early Years and Primary, working for schools in the UK and internationally.

A bespoke consultation visit is completely tailored to your individual needs. I will chat with you prior to my visit to identify and understand more about your setting and the areas that you would like to prioritise for development.
I will come to your setting and spend time working with you, talking, observing practice, sharing ideas and creating an action plan to help you to develop in your identified areas. These could be:
